The menu at the hotel’s flagship, table-service restaurant is steak-forward featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients from farm and ranch. Located just steps from The University of Texas campus, Acre 41 is actually a reference to the university's nickname, “40 Acres,” The menu will feature charbroiled steaks sourced from local farms and American classics with a West Coast influence. The bar menu will focus on bourbons and whiskies, with a full list of craft beers, inventive cocktails and destination wine.
